In 2025, Luke was appointed Senior Coach and delivered instant impact, guiding Old Carey to Premier B finals in his first year. Across his three seasons in the senior program, Luke has led with professionalism, clarity, and a strong commitment to developing our players. Luke has been central to the progress made within the senior program and leaves our men’s program in a really strong position for 2027 and beyond.

Luke will now step away from coaching to prioritise his young family, but remains fully committed to finishing the 2026 season strongly and building momentum that sets Old Carey up positively for 2027 and beyond.

The club will now begin the process of appointing a new Senior Coach to lead our senior program into 2027.

Applications for Senior coach and other key roles will open shortly, with further coaching and program appointments announced when finalised.
